[rt-devel] strip html tags, etc

  has anyone written  anything to deal w/ stripping  html tags, binary
data (someone was ever so kind to send an attachment to the rt system)
from incoming email?

  this would be a great addition and it would help keep the messages
much shorter and easier to read.

  if anyone has done this, can you point me to the corresponding
link/file?
