Dependencies are no longer advisory. This means that you can 
no longer resolve a ticket that depends on unresolved tickets.

The status "dead" is now "deleted". 

There's a new status "rejected".  (What gets called WONTFIX in some systems)

Initial additions of a few new scrip conditions.

Still not found the mod_perl issue florian wrote about. I don't have 
a convenient 5.6 mod_perl server to test on.
