[rt-users] Permissions for creating requests in queues

Hi guys,

I've just set up RT 1.0.7 on a machine here (running sendmail), and am 
having some trouble with people creating requests in queues. I've set 
myself up as an administrator in both RT itself and the queue (called 
helpdesk), and when I send an email to helpdesk at domain.name, I get this:

There has been an error:
There has been an error with your request:

You don't have permission to create requests in this queue. Either you're 
not a queue member or non-members aren't allowed to create requests in this 
queue.

Your message is reproduced below:

	bar

I've double-checked the queue, and I have "Allow non-members to create 
requests". Anyone have any ideas? And/or require more information from me?
