[rt-users] Problems with logs and things breaking

It seems if /var/log/rt2/ isn't owned by 'alias' then qmail can't pass mail to 
support at ourdomain.com.

It also seems that if /var/log/rt2/ isn't owned by 'nobody' the web interface 
doesn't work.

It can't be owned by both. I've tried alias:nobody with 2775 perms, but that 
still doesn't work. How do I get around this?
