Hello...
I've been doing some small additions to my RT2 installation. One of the
things I did was add the priority to the WebOptions in config.pm. It
worked as expected but I'm a little lost on how to accomplish my next
piece. I want to have the default search results for any queue to return
sorted via priority in descending order. Any help would be appreciated.
