[rt-users] Replying to Resolved tickets reopens them - this isnot what I want

It worked in RT3!

Also, for people like me, that didn't discover this
On Correspondencd Open Ticket means that on Correspondence a closed ticket is reopened.

But if somebody find something about rejecting replys or denying a reply it would be helpful.

If I remember, it is a global scrip, so looks into Config > Global > 
Scrips. If you disable it here, you'll have to re-enable it for each 
queue for which it should work.

That scrip (re)opens a ticket on correspondance. Disabling it will 
prevent opening of new tickets and reopening of closed tickets on 
correponsdance, not correspondance itself.
