[rt-users] rt as bug tracker!

Hi!

I want to use the rt3 system as bug tracker. The only think which I 
couldn't find
is a "nice list" of all open tickets in a queue which is visible without 
authentification.

Of course I read the docu and find the SelfService part. But this is 
only for the tickets
I requested. I tried to give the "guest user" some rights but then he 
see the tickets but he get the
complete search mask and the complete left bar, which too dificult. I 
only need a simple list of tickets and
a link to the ticket maybe a simple search facility.
