[rt-users] User priviledge database

Hi,

I would like to know where is store in the database the 'Let this user be
granted rights'
in the Access control space in the Admin/Users/Modify.html?id=999
I've checked in the code and it's says not store anymore in the Users table.
So where it is supose to  be?
