[rt-users] REST mail-gateway errors

Hi,

I have a few instances of these errors in my log:

[Tue Aug 18 19:51:24 2009] [error]: Could not record email: Ticket creation
failed: No permission to create tickets in the queue 'Inquiry'
(/opt/rt3-pnb/share/html/REST/1.0/NoAuth/mail-gateway:75)
[Tue Aug 18 22:50:45 2009] [error]: Could not record email: Could not load a
valid user (/opt/rt3-pnb/share/html/REST/1.0/NoAuth/mail-gateway:75)
[Fri Aug 21 15:03:23 2009] [error]: Could not record email: Message not
recorded: Permission Denied
(/opt/rt3-pnb/share/html/REST/1.0/NoAuth/mail-gateway:75)

I cannot determine what would actually cause such errors (I don't know why
this code is being called), and I can't reproduce them.  AFAICT there has
been no data loss, and no user has reported a problem with the system that I
can trace to these errors.  Should I be concerned?
