[rt-users] Blank lines in emails

I am seeing this too.   Are you referring to the git stable, or the git
3.99 ?

Outlook 2007 and up are...insanely broken in how they send the
text/plain parts of messages.

Can you pull the latest lib/RT/Interface/Email.pm from git and see if it
fixes things for you?
