The MAIL FROM is generated by the MTA on your RT server, not RT, so
there's no cache in RT to flush.  You can force it to something from
RT if needed, but usually this is a matter of having correct DNS in
place.  Since you have XXXed all the domains though, nobody can check.

Have you contacted this company.it to see if they have useful mail
logs, since you claim they're the only ones bouncing you?
