[rt-users] Using an asset custom field as the asset id

When using the asset csv import extension you can configure it to use one of
the column names as the id of the created asset.

What i don't see is a way to do this when creating an asset through the
website. This means that potentially i will get issues if i create assets
manually and then import some more through the csv import extension.

This is important for people that have an existing infrastructure of assets
in their workplaces
