[svk-devel] Open filehandles and TortoiseMerge

Hi,

SVK seems not to close filehandles of the files in TEMP for merge.
TortoiseMerge won't open these files because another process (SVK) is
using them.

I did a quick fix for that, by doing another copy of these tempfiles. I
tried to fix the open filehandles, too, but I didn't find all instances.
