[svk-users] svk up skipping file

This is happening again (well, in reality, I hadn't synced that dir in a 
long time), does anybody have any ideas?

This is my test project for using SVK, and this makes me really nervous 
about trusting it for "real" stuff.  I'd really like to figure this out.
