[rt-devel] SuperUser right not applied to members of group

Members of a group where the group has the 'SuperUser' right
aren't granted that right.

It looks like the $SuperUserClause in User.pm needs to be expanded
to look for group membership as well, but I haven't yet figured
out what the patch would be.
