Don't you have to hit "Steal" to explicitly take the ticket if you aren't
the owner?

Subject: [rt-devel] Owner: You can only reassign tickets that you own or
that are unowned

I received the following error in RT-2.0.4. It had a status=new and the
owner was somebody else. I clicked on the resolve action. On the form, I
changed the owner to myself and submitted the resolution. The ticket was
resolved but it gave me the following error:
Owner: You can only reassign tickets that you own or that are unowned
I am a superuser in RT. Is this supposed to work this way? I just upgraded
from RT-2.0.0 RC 1 and I don't specifically remember having this problem.
Thanks.
