ftp.fsck.com/pub/rt/contrib/rt-addons now contains escalator, an escalation
tool for RT2.
$header$ escalator is (c) 2001 Jesse Vincent <jesse at fsck.com>
escalator is a tool to escalate the priority of tickets toward their final priorities as they approach their due dates.
To make this run, you need to have installed the "EscalatePriority.pm" action.
You want to run escalator in root's crontab nightly. You don't want to run
escalator multiple times per night.
