Hi, When creating a ticket, the only way of referencing someone defined in "users" is by their email address. (I.e. for "comments about this users" etc..) Would it be possible, when creating a ticket, to have a drop down list that had all defined users, as well as being able to specifiy the email address of a non-rt user. Just a thought. Ben.
