[rt-devel] Keyword Select From Create Ticket UI

I'm using 2.0.8 with the new create ticket UI.  When I add a keyword
from that UI, the value does not appear to "take" -- when the new ticket
is displayed, there are no keywords defined.

Using the normal keyword ui works fine.
