Hi, I have a silly problem so please forgive me the question. I'm testing heavily the RT 2.0.13 and I requested a pretty much of tikettes but I can't see any of them in the list of 25 highest tiketts I requested. Should I set something about the ACLs ? (I've checked this with two different users without success). tia and bye.,Sanya
