[rt-devel] RT 3.0.2pre4

Autrijus Tang put in some heroic effort to attempt to resolve the utf8
bugs people have been experiencing. I've just rolled 3.0.2pre4 with his
patches. The new release needs Locale::Maketext::Lexicon 0.22, which
isn't on cpan. I've uploaded a copy of it to
http://fsck.com/pub/rt/devel/

Is this release any better for people?
