[rt-devel] Bug in Search/PickRestriction

The Restrict-Search-Form is transmitted via the GET-Method.
This should be done by POST.
The reason is: If you are defining several KeywordSelects, the URL of
the GET-Request becomes too long and the Internet Explorer has some
problems with that.
