[rt-devel] rt2->rt3, exporting and renumbering

I have 16k tickets and we want to only export open/new/stalled tickets and
renumber.  Historical data I don't care about.

Is it a matter of just resetting $t->Id (around like 194 in
rt-2.0-to-dumpfile) ?  And the transacation's Ticket field (how?) ?
