[rt-devel] Please help me with RT attachments

I am desperately trying to find the "bottleneck" method that actually 
takes the attachment file path and loads it into the database.
I have been digging around in Ticket_Overlay and Transaction_Overlay and 
lots of other places trying to identify a place where I could check the 
attachments name and based on the name create an html version for each 
doc I receive and then attach them both.

I am really desperate now.... Please Yelp Yelp Yelp ohhh Help me people..
