[rt-devel] Strange "From:" field when replying a ticket.

Hi,

         I'm using RT 3.0.0 and I got a problem when the name of the user 
who is replying the ticket has accented cracters, the requestor receive the 
e-mail but get some strange caracter in "From:" field, something like this 
"From: 
=?UTF-8?B?IlJhZmFlbCBNw6F4aW1vIHZpYSBSVCIgPHN1cG9ydGVAZ3JhbndlYi5uZXQ+?=@my.hostname.com". 
How can i fix that?
