I would bet, that it is due to Perl 5.6.1. Our configurations are quite 
identical, despite of me using Perl 5.8.0, which has unicode support.

RT 3.0.2 works for me in most cases, but not perfect though (you see my 
config and issues elsewhere in this thread).
