The templates can include arbitrary perl. You can always put in a bit
of logic to show what you really want and not the defaults. The
Approvals system in RT 3.0 is really the fist cut of this. We've got
some big plans for the next generation of workflow and approvals in RT
based on what we've learned from this implementation.
