Hi,
Just a guess, but is it possible that you have values in RT_SiteConfig.pm
that override what you're seeing in RT_Config.pm? Any values defined in
RT_SiteConfig.pm will take precedence over their counterparts in
RT_Config.pm; indeed, RT_Config.pm shouldn't be modified directly at all.
Cheers,

I'm fairly new to RT, but could your RT_SiteConfig.pm file have been
lost or corrupted. The system name (prefix) is configured there or in
RT_Config.pm:
Set($WebBaseURL , "http://rt.yourhost.br");
Check those files to see if it's there.

Subject: [Rt-devel] RT links Crashed...HELP-ME!!
Hello All,
Please... I need help..... I was finding a string in ALL files
(Including binaries files...I know, I must not have done it!!) into
apache, rt3, perl, mysql dirs (ALL directories related with RT) and
suddenly my searched crashed (Windows Explorer freezing) and now, when I
startup apache everything works fine, but all links in RT (note: only
links under RT VirtualHost, in others VirtualHosts everything is
right!!) appears without the prefix (address) of my server.
Links would have to appear as:
- <link rel="shortcut icon"
href="http://localhost/NoAuth/images/favicon.png"....
- <link rel="stylesheet" href="http://localhost/NoAuth/webrt.css"....
- <A HREF="http://localhost/Admin/" ....
- <a href="http://localhost/Ticket/Display.html?id=56">.....
But, it's appearing as...
- <link rel="shortcut icon" href="//NoAuth/images//favicon.png"
- <link rel="stylesheet" href="//NoAuth/webrt.css"
- <A HREF="//Admin/"
- <a href="//Ticket/Display.html?id=56">
I can to do logon in RT.... RT_Config.pm it's correct!!! I checked MySQL
server and databases and it's right!! I checked too Apache server and
it's also right (remembering that others VirtualHosts works normally)...
I checked Perl intepreter and it's also working....... I have no idea
what could be happen: Could be file corrupted?? Mason library?? I have
no idea for where to start!!!!
Please... if you have any suggestion / solution or something like this,
send to list.... I will be extremely grateful!!
