[Rt-devel] Attachments not being inserted correctly into database

I'm running RT2 (haven't upgraded due to many customization changes)..but I
am having reports of users attaching documents (Word) that never appear in
RT.  I have verified in the database that there is no filename being
inserted and thus no attachment.

 

Any help / suggestions is greatly appreciated.
