[Rt-devel] simple search result count discrepancy

Forgive me, I'm a lamer ( old term picked up during Commodore Amiga
phase ).  What do you mean when you say "performance issues"?  To me
that suggests that there is some variable condition.

This comes up every few months. The problem you run into is the
horrible, horrible performance issue when checking per-ticket acls.
