One question: Why do I need to remove all objects in the $RTHOME/var/mason_data/obj folder and will that have any negative consequences on the server?

Change:

$RTHOME/share/html/Ticket/Update.html

To apply:

apachectl stop
rm -rvf $RTHOME/var/mason_data/obj/*
apachectl start
