[Rt-devel] What would prevent people on a CC to receive an email. Basic Troubleshooting question.

[Grob, Mark - Nick]

I am having an issue with RT 3.6 not sending to CCs comments on
corrispondance. I have checked the scrips and it should include everyone
on the outgoing message.
 
Any suggestions on figuring out what would prevent specific users from
getting the email?
