[Rt-devel] RT SelfService Customizations

Hi All,

 

I'm fairly happy with the Self Service page.  However I would like to add
the following functionality to it through code customizations:

 

-          Ability to create and save advanced searches from the Self
Service page

-          Ability to show a dashboard in the Self Service page

-          Prevent users from re-opening a 'resolved' ticket

 

Could someone guide me through which pages I need to modify for this and the
approach I should take?

 

I just need RT users to raise their own tickets, update their own tickets
and report only on their own tickets.  Eventually I would also like to add a
FAQ page to the Self Service page.
