[rt-devel] Correspond mail sent more than once

Hi,
I am using rt-4.0.5.

The system is working without any problem for more than an year, but now i
encounter strange problem - sometimes correspond email sent more than once.
It happened only couple of times for different tickets in different queues.
I can see in log, that the same script run 3-4 times at the same time.

For example:

In other cases the same ticket was updated without any problem and only 1
email was sent. I cant see any reason why the same scrip should run more
than once.
