[rt-devel] Add first Custom fileds than resolved Ticket

Hello,


when I close the Ticket with the funktion Action resolved and add custom fields value the system resolved first the thicket an than add the value of the custom fields.


For example:

#<https://support.scientificnet.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=1184#txn-842611>Wed Oct 12 11:24:19 2016 User<https://support.scientificnet.org/User/Summary.html?id=3506> - Status changed from 'open' to 'resolved'



Exist a opportunity to change that. So that the system add first custom fields an then close the Ticket?
