[rt-users] Message formatting....

I've noticed a lot of complaints from our staff using Outlook. The message
formatting through RT doesn't seem to care where the EOL is and wraps all
text in one huge line, or at arbitrary places.

Is there something in the config I missed to fix this, or is there a tweak
in the perl code to modify this behavior?
