[rt-users] Import an excelsheet into rt

Hi all,

Does someone import an Excelsheet into rt before or does someone 
know a easy way to solve this prob?

The following situation:

We use rt for our callcenter.
If a new custumer are connected, we open a new ticket (for our
helpdeskagents, becaus they ring em up). 
If he (our customer) have no problems, we close the ticket.
Now we get 20000 new customers (and a Excel-sheet) more.
