[rt-users] Strange reply problem

When I reply to a message on the RT web page, it doesn't send the mail
(it says it does, but sendmail never says anything about it). If you
comment on something, it sends the message to all the queue users just
fine. Has anyone ever had this problem? Anyone have any advice on how to
fix it?
