[rt-users] sendmail service unavailable

Look in /etc/sendmail.cf (or /etc/mail/sendmail.cf, as appropriate) and see 
if the "prog" mailer uses smrsh.  If so, you need to put a symlink to 
rt-mailgate in the /etc/smrsh.
