[rt-users] Merged tickets

When ticket 2 is merged into ticket 4 and after #4 is closed out I go back
and look at ticket #2, I don't see the ticket.  All I see is

Area none                                        
Owner none                                       
Last User Contact Never contacted                  
Current Priority                                    
Final Priority                                       
Due No date assigned                             
Last Action Wed Dec 31 16:00:00 1969 ( ago)        
Created Wed Dec 31 16:00:00 1969 ( ago)           

Is this normal behaivor for RT?  It would be nice if it actually displayed
the ticket and that it was merged into ticket 4.
