[rt-users] ticket summery in "resolved" emails

What's the variable to print out a summary of the requestor's ticket
when the status goes to closed?
I had "{$Transaction->Content()}" but that appears not right.
Ideally I'd like to print the original email/ticket along with the last
entry (the resolution).
