[rt-users] Ticket/Mail Error

There is a certain ticket that is causing the following error:

The ticket has 92K attachment (jpeg). The ticket is being created everytime
sendmail runs, seemingly without errors. What is it causing the problem
(loop)?

We using rt-1-3-79 ang PostgresQl 7.2.
