[rt-users] attach a file in the webui

Hi,
 
 When i attach a file in the webui while reply on on a ticket the email
 is send to the requestor.
 But the dont get the attched file.
 In the webui you can see the attched file.
 
 Is this is bug or is this supposed to be ?
