[rt-users] Anonymous Web Access w/ RT2

I've been using RT1 and OnCallForm.cgi to allow users to insert
anonymous requests.  However, this doesn't work with RT2.  One of my
options is to modify it to with the new bin/rt.
 
Or, is there an easy way to allow anonymous access into the system for
Creation of tickets?  Even if i could automatically log in a user as
guest, without having to prompt the user for a password/
