[rt-users] Templates (for different Queue) in RT 2 & main View / show not assigned owner

Sorry that I post again ;-( ,
But unformtunately I got no reaction of my questions.

Could somebody give me a short information, please ... -> a "is NOT 
Possible" is enought, if there is no solution.

any idea?
