[rt-users] Maybe repeated question

In your rt directory; 
/rt/lib/rt/ui/web/manipulate.pm

a few lines down there is a line:
$QUEUE_FONT and $MESSAGE_FONT

Change it to make the font bigger. The default is "-1", I have mine set 
to "3".
