[rt-users] ticket response via email

That simply should not be the case.  as long as the [site.com #3534]
tag is _somewhere_ in the subject header, you should be fine.

It's a known bug that you shouldn't have spaces or tabs in your $rtname 
(set to site.com in the example above).
