[rt-users] Change From Name

Hello All,

I have just started using RT and I think its a
wonderful package. I completed the installation
without much problems.

My Questions now are...

1. How to change the Real Name which is sent to a
queue Requestor. By Default the Real Name sent is
"Request Tracker"

2. Also is is possible to change the Real Name of the
responce sent by queue member. By default this is
"MemberName via RT"
