[rt-users] Error in rt.log.$$ about RFC822

RT's templating system tries to be smart about whether or not
the message has any RFC822 headers.

So, if the first line of your message has a : in it, it assumes that you've
got a headers section there.

Insert a pair of newlines before the first line.
