Hi,

Is there a way to create comments that the requestor can not see, that
only AdminCC's or others with the appropriate permissions can view?

At the moment, it appears that the requestors can view the ticket they
create, which is normally fine, but sometimes it would be handy to have
comments flagged in such a way as to prevent others outside of specific
administrators from viewing them.
